The Directors and owners of NEKEN DH , Neil Petersen and Kent De Klerk bring a unique and modernized flavour to the design of apparel, with a “hands on” approach in the manufacturing and quality of each and every garment on the production line.
Neil’s active role as an Ex 1st Division Cricketer and Current Cricket Coach within the Western Cape Club structures and also Nationally as the WP Action Cricket Mens side as head coach, provides valuable insight into the design and creation of the sport apparel line, where player’s needs, likes or wants are the basis of the design, look, and feel of the garments. He brings a wealth of corporate experience and knowledge to NEKEN and his understanding of business principles and processes are paramount in the running and functioning of NDH. His experience in the Banking industry and IT and systems knowlege are invaluable. The goal of providing an almost seamless process of high-quality garments from Design to delivery is marked as the key Defining factor for NEKEN Design House.
Kent De Klerk, is a 3rd Generation CMT in clothing and design and has been involved in the clothing trade for over 30 years, with a wide range of experience and successfully producing garments for local high end fashion retailers in South Africa and local sports teams as well as abroad . Kent brings a fresh and different skillset and competencies to the business that is key in the way our products are manufactured. His positive impact on our customer, our suppliers, and our employees are the heart and soul of NEKEN Design House.
